New Customers

All customers must have a signed services agreement and payment details on file with CMD. If you are a new customer we have provided the documents below for your signature. You may email or fax the signed copies to support@commandprompt.com or +1.503.210.0334 respectively. If you do not wish to pay by Credit Card, a printed purchase order must be provided.
